The ELITE wrapper is equipped with the following elements:

• A turntable of various diameters, with motorized chains or rollers, to adapt to all types of loads.
• A motorized pre-stretch module with a 500 mm film width and adjustable pre-stretch ratios (from 0 to 350%).
• A pneumatic film folding device to create extremely strong ropes during or at the end of the packaging cycle.
• A hot cut and sealing device on the counter-knife, eliminating film tails and avoiding contact with your product. A true Thimon craftsmanship that will bring you the utmost satisfaction.
• A fall prevention system for the safety of the film carriage during ascent and descent.
• An integrated cap dispenser with a film roll for optimal sealing.

The ELITE ensures efficient and reliable operation:
1. The welding block presses against the pallet at the start.
2. The turntable rotates while the film carriage goes up and down.
3. The carriage performs plied film turns at the base of the load.
4. A clamp closes around the film, and a hot blade cuts and seals it.
5. The turntable and welding-cutting block return to their initial positions.

Various access levels are available for machine operation and setup.

The machine's automation includes an electrical cabinet with a programmable controller, frequency inverters, safety devices, and a touch operator terminal for intuitive use.
